Copyright Laws
I have to be honest I did not understand that much about copyright laws. After researching it I understand it a lot better. First what exactly is copy right and what does it do, the dictionary definition as copyright is a form of protection provided by the laws of the United States to the authors of “original works of authorship, including literary, dramatic, musical, artistic, and certain other intellectual works. This protection is available to both published and unpublished works.
This also applies to web pages as well someone cannot copy your web page or the documents without your permission. It’s illegal to copy any work that is not yours you cannot go and copy anyone else’s work. How to implement this into my web page was at the footer there is a copyright symbol on the bottom that will protect my site. With my site being a family website I don’t think I have too much to worry about but just in case I am planning on put family pictures on here and with my dad being the mayor of Idaho Falls there could be some issues there.
